Once we have obtained a thorough design brief we will create concept design drawings incorporating your requirements, expectations and budget. We will ensure that your addition flows from your existing home and is not just an add on.

Sign off on Concept Drawings

Once concept drawings are developed to meet your requirements and expectations you will be required to sign off formally on the design to commence the finalised drawings.

Delivery of Finalised Plans

Council Submission
